Community Engagement- Activities in North America

We continuously strive to enhance the quality of life in our local communities. Our commitment includes our activities comprising various sponsorships and support of foundations such as our activities in North America.

In North America, much of our activity involves doing hands-on work with our employees stocking local foodbank shelves, working with Habitat for Humanity to build homes for low-income members of our communities, and assisting local schools with various holiday events and projects such as the honor roll. The plant and lab community from our Lake Charles site partners with local elementary schools and supported various activities during the holiday season. They also lead initiatives like teacher appreciation meals.

Our employees are similarly generous through their personal financial contributions to their local United Way chapters. Their contributions support a range of initiatives for those in need in our local communities. In 2023, over 200 hundred Rain colleagues from all U.S. sites contributed approx. US$ 230,000  in total for the United Way program.
